International Tai Chi Chuan Symposium Registration
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration for the International Tai Chi Chuan Symposium is now available. To register, select a registration method and follow the instructions provided below.
On-line: Attendees can register online by clicking here. To have a complete Welcome Package with all Symposium materials available at time of check-in, it is recommended that you complete your registration by 22 June 2009.
Fax: Attendees can fax their registration form to the International Tai Chi Chuan Symposium, LLC at 502-863-3484. Faxes will be accepted through 22 June 2009. Attendees can download a registration form at the bottom of this page.
US Mail: Attendees can mail their registration form to the address provided below. In order to qualify for the Early Bird Discount, mailed registrations must be postmarked by 15 March (20% discount), 15 April (10% discount), or 15 May (5% discount). To qualify for the School/Group Discount, mailed registrations must be postmarked before 1 June 2009. Attendees can download a registration form at the bottom of this page.

PAYMENT
All registration fees are in US dollars
Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card. Purchase orders will not be accepted. Payment in full must be submitted by the deadlines in order to receive the time-sensitive discounts offered.
DISCOUNTS
We offer several categories of discounts to help fit your budget and give you great value. Only one type of discount is allowed.
Save Your Discount
We understand this is an unsettling time for our economy. Consequently we have opened up our on-line registration process to accept partial payments. You can now register for the Symposium with a minimum payment of $100 and retain the discount rate applicable during the time period in which you register. You then have until 1 June to pay down the remaining Symposium Fee balance.
Early Bird Discounts
Early registration saves you money. The deadlines for Early Bird registration whether on-line, mailed or faxed have been extended to the following dates:
Submitted or Postmarked by 15 March: 20% discount
Submitted or Postmarked by 15 April: 10% discount
Submitted or Postmarked by 15 May: 5% discount
When making a partial payment to save your discount, the discounted amount is determined by the date you complete the on-line registration form. Partial payments sent via check or money order must be received within 10 days of the date the on-line registration form is completed. Print your completed registration form, attach your check or money order and mail to the address provided above.
Family Discount
We encourage you to bring your family and enjoy the Symposium and the area’s attractions. For this Discount, a “family” is defined as two or more people in the same financial household. Each family member may deduct ten percent.
Group Discount
We encourage students from a school or other groups to register together to save money. To receive this helpful discount, identify your group when you register on-line, or mail in registration forms for all members of the group. Payment for the group must be made by a School business check or a single money order. Sorry, no credit cards for this type of discount. Deadline: postmarked by June 1.
Three – five people: 10%
Six – eight people: 15%
Nine or more: 20%
Pre-registration Discount
People that participated in the December 2008 - January 2009 pre-registration program are entitled to a $50 discount to be applied to the Symposium Fees. The policy for processing the pre-registration discount is as follows:
1. A refund will be processed to you or your account within 24 hours upon verification of your pre-registration status and receipt of your Symposium registration funds.
2. If you paid for your registration using a credit card, then we will issue a $50 refund back to the same credit card.
3. If you registered on-line and paid for your registration using a check or money order, we will issue a $50 refund check back to you at the mailing address you provided during registration.
4. If you pre-registered, and register for the Symposium via US Mail using the ITCC Symposium Registration Form you should deduct your $50 pre-registration amount on line 4 of the form when calculating your Symposium Subtotal After Discounts (form line 5).

WAIVER/RELEASE
Please sign the Waiver/Release on the ITCC Symposium Registration Form or select "I Agree" when registering on-line. Your registration is not complete without this signature.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: APPLIES TO ALL FEES (SYMPOSIUM AND VANDERBILT LODGING AND MEALS)
Cancellation and requests for refunds may be submitted by phone but must be formally requested in writing. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process. A cancellation fee of $50 is retained by the Symposium for cancellation and is deducted from the refund amount. No refunds or credit will be made for missed lectures or workshops.
