Brent A. Bauer, M.D., FACP

Dr. Bauer is the Director of the Complementary and Integrative Medicine Program at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Bauer is board-certified in Internal Medicine, an Associate Professor of Medicine and has been on the staff at Mayo Clinic for 14 years. He is a member of NIH-NCCAM study section and is currently collaborating on over 20 studies being conducted at the Mayo Clinic. He serves on a number of editorial boards and has written numerous articles and book chapters on the topic of integrative medicine. Dr. Bauer is also a co-editor of the Textbook of Complementary and Alternative Medicine, 2nd Edition.
